How to find the right cylinder?
In general, we choose the appropriate size of cylinder based on measuring the circumference of the penis when erect. Girth refers to the circular distance around the penis. First, take a tape measure and wrap it loosely around the thickest part of your penis while you are erect. This length is the circumference of your penis. Then pick the right diameter of cylinder based on your circumference.
Steps for usage:
- You need to lubricate your penis before to using, then insert the cylinder.
- A manual pistol-style vacuum pump is connected to the cylinder through a hose. When the pistol grip is squeezed, a vacuum will be created. You will observe the penis slowly getting bigger in the penis pump.
- As you squeeze the pistol grip, do it slowly, gradually increasing the vacuum strength.
